Yoga and it’s roots

Yoga combines physical postures with breath work to boost flexibility, posture, strength, relaxation and overall mental and physical wellbeing. But yoga isn’t just about the postures, that’s actually only one of the limbs! Yoga consists of eight arms, to be used as a guide to live a meaningful and purposeful life. It is a guide that can always be learnt from.

Breath work (Pranayama) is another limb focusing on our breathing. Our breath is something that we can train and has tremendous mental and physical advantages, in yoga and off the mat.

I’d love to share the art of yoga with you, and guide you through a moving meditation to unlock tensions in your mind & body, enabling you to find your inner sense of calm.

Whether it’s a class, private yoga session, corporate or wedding function, yoga gives you the opportunity to be fully present and breathe. Classes are designed to let go of tensions in the mind and body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, restored and relaxed.
